Qualifications

• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the club.
• Builds relationships to create extraordinary member experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates members on programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention efforts.
• Resolves issues and performs service recovery using available tools.
