Job summary

Excel Fitness in Wilson, NC seeks a dedicated Team Member to uphold club cleanliness, Run member services, and assist with promotions and training. You will input member data, balance cash drawers, and help maintain an outstanding member experience daily.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, CPR/AED certs, and strong communication. You’ll work in a gym setting, supporting the GM and AM with operational tasks and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certifications are required before working alone; uncertified staff can complete training within 30 days.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain excellent member communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks to maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS systems.
• Audit inventory and balance cash drawers daily.
• Assist with membership promotions, training, and operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and Excel Fitness policies.
• Provide a safe environment and high level of member service.
