Qualifications

• Prior Teller or customer service experience is preferred but not required; CCU provides extensive training.
• Associate degree or other secondary education preferred; commensurate work experience will be considered.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build member relationships through quality service experiences.
• Answer member questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
• Perform a variety of cash handling transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of CCU’s products and services.
• Present and explain beneficial products to members and assist in meeting financial needs.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
