Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves issues at the checkout.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Assists members with self-service technology.
• Handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and ensures security and safety.
• Assists with training on processes and new technology.
• Delivers program rollouts and continuous learning opportunities.
