Job summary

Walmart Inc.'s Sam's Club Florence location is seeking associates to provide member service, maintain checkout areas, and handle purchases and returns with accuracy and courtesy. You will assist members with self-service technology, promote products, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the club.

Typical duties include processing transactions, resolving member issues, stocking and merchandising, and supporting training for frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, including front-end equipment operation.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.
• Customer service or member service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and process member purchases.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Assist members with self-service technology.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness in store areas.
• Train Frontline Associates on processes and procedures.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and zones.
• Follow Open Door Policy and ethics.
