Job summary

Walmart in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Member Frontline Services associate to provide member service, operate the checkout, and process purchases. You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges while promoting Sam's Club offerings and guiding members on self-service technology.

You will help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment, assist with merchandise locations, and train teammates on store procedures and technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains the checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and assists with self-service technology.
• Follows safety standards and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and assists members with locating merchandise.
• Delivers training on processes and new technology to associates.
• Keeps paperwork and logs up to date and adheres to company policies.
