Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for consumer lending and financial conversations.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage members through active listening to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Create a great member experience and solidify ACU loyalty by responding to member needs across service and sales channels.
• Identify and mitigate risk by following security, compliance, and operational policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Be a brand ambassador in all interactions with members, employees, and volunteers.
• Participate in required compliance and behavioural skill training to ensure excellent job performance.
• Leverage outbound calls, financial wellness conversations, and outreach campaigns to maximize member interactions.
• Perform additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by senior leadership or management.
