Job summary

VASA Fitness in American Fork, UT is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to welcome guests, explain memberships, and guide fitness options. You will keep the club clean and organized while sharing information about upgrades and personal training to help members feel valued and motivated.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, strong communication, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. A background check is required and bilingual skills or CPR are a plus.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
