Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at our North Orem club. You’ll greet members, share information on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, and keep the club clean and welcoming. Your day involves connecting with members to motivate and support their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred

• Ability to pass a background check


• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus
