Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Kaysville, Utah. As the first friendly face, you greet members, share information on memberships and training options, and help keep the club welcoming and organized.

You will guide members on upgrades and personal training, ensuring each interaction makes them feel valued, motivated, and excited to return.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
