Job summary

VASA Fitness in South Jordan, UT is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to be the friendly face at the front desk, greet members, explain memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, and keep the club clean and organized.

This role offers a base pay of $11.40 per hour plus uncapped commission, wellness benefits including two free gym memberships, 401(k) eligibility, PTO after 30+ hours, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
