VASA Fitness in St. George, UT is seeking the Member Experience Specialist to be the friendly first impression at the front desk.

You’ll greet members, build personal connections, keep the club spotless, and guide guests through memberships, upgrades, and personal training options to help them reach their fitness goals. • Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly at the front desk and build personal connections.

• Keep the club clean and organized, and assist guests as needed.
• Conduct tours and conversations to support sales and retention.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $ per hour + commission with no cap!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus
