Job summary

Financial Partners Credit Union in Orange, CA seeks a motivated Member Service Officer to greet members and guide them through PTM, mobile accounts, online banking and deposit account openings.

The role emphasizes serving members in a high-volume environment, opening/closing accounts, identifying loan opportunities, educating on digital services, and supporting branch needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet member by name and smile; assist members in utilizing the PTM.
• Open and close checking, savings, money market, CD’s, IRA’s following policies.
• Identify and refer loan opportunities to PBO, Branch Manager or MLC.
• Proactively identify opportunities to serve members using the Mini-FiNap process.
• Educate members on mobile, e-banking, e-quest, bill pay, direct deposit, ATM and shared branches.
• Use good judgement when establishing new accounts and deposits to minimize risk.
• Research and resolve escalated member issues.
• Work as a team player, prioritize tasks and handle high volume traffic.
• May support other branches when necessary.
