Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Multilingual capabilities, including Spanish, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and contribute to team effort.
• Assist members on the phone, in live chat or by email with general account inquiries.
• Research and resolve member problems across departments as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review reports and assist with account-related tasks and verifications.
