Job summary

Planet Fitness-United Fitness Partners is seeking a high-energy Member Services Representative in Odessa, TX. You will create a welcoming, judgment-free environment and help members achieve their fitness goals.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, support member enrollment, tours, and acquaint members with PF Black Card amenities while ensuring the club remains clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Punctual and dependable in scheduling.
• Passion for helping others and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with an unprecedented experience and encouraging them in achieving their fitness goals.
• Deliver +1% customer service and engage members to succeed on their fitness journey.
• Keep the club super clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with member enrollment and tours at the welcome desk.
• Introduce members to PF Black Card amenities and benefits.
• Greet members, check in, and support other club responsibilities.
