Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and helps with purchases and merchandise placement.
• Zones and arranges merchandise and assists members with transporting items.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and ensures security practices are followed.
• Delivers training to Member Frontline Services associates on processes and teaches new technology.
