Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist at our Menasha, WI location. The role centers on greeting members, guiding them through memberships and training options, and maintaining a clean, inviting club environment.

You will engage with guests to foster lasting relationships, upsell memberships and services, and ensure a positive member experience. This role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills are a plus or CPR certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and create personal connections at the front desk.

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.50 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
