Job summary

VASA Fitness in Rockford, IL is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to greet guests, build personal connections, and keep the club clean and welcoming. You’ll guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options while delivering a high-energy, friendly first impression.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and a customer-service mindset. Past experience helps, bilingual skills or CPR are a plus, and you’ll join a team dedicated to helping people

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
