Job summary

Walmart Lewisville is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide member service and maintain the checkout area, resolving member issues and guiding on self-service technology. You will process purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.

You will also help stock and organize merchandise, keep the store safe, and support associates with training on new programs and tools.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register) and working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns, guides on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps; reports unsafe situations.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and arranges merchandise; helps with transporting items.
