Job summary

Walmart Merrillville, IN location seeks a friendly front-end associate to deliver outstanding member service, operate checkout equipment, and guide customers through self-service options. You will process purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure a clean, organized shopping area.

You will also support safety procedures, monitor for security issues, stock and arrange merchandise, and assist with training newer associates on processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Experience operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash registers).
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the checkout and assist customers.
• Maintain checkout area and organize merchandise.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Follow safety procedures and conduct safety checks.
• Assist with training of frontline associates and teach new technology.
