Communication Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Lawton, Oklahoma. You will deliver exceptional member experiences through accurate teller transactions, friendly service, and proactive cross-selling of credit union products.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. A supportive schedule includes rotating Saturdays and weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
