Job summary

VASA Fitness is hiring at our Indy Eagle Creek location. As the first friendly face at the front desk, you’ll greet members, answer questions, and guide them through memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Help maintain a clean, inviting club and foster a supportive member journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent multi-tasking, and a genuine interest in wellness. CPR or bilingual skills are a nice-to-have plus for a thriving team environment.

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $12.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon
