Job summary

VASA Fitness in Glendale Heights, IL is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to warmly greet members, guide them on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, and keep the club clean and inviting. You’ll help guests feel valued, drive tours and sign-ups, and model a positive, energetic attitude daily.

Requirements include strong communication, ability to multitask, and 1+ year in customer service or sales. Bilingual or CPR is a plus. Competitive base plus commission.

• 1+ year of customer service experience or membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL:Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
