Job summary

VASA Fitness Westminster, CO is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to be the friendly first face at the front desk. You will greet members warmly, build personal connections, keep the club clean and organized, and guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.

This role offers a base rate of $15.16 per hour plus uncapped commission, with shifts starting early and ending late. Benefits include gym memberships for you and a guest, a 401(k) plan, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.16 per hour + commission with no cap!
• EARNING POTENTIAL: Top performers can earnover $32,000+ annually through wages and uncapped commission
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
