Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists with purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and entrance/exit zones.
