Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members including rates and payments.
• Take tours for prospective members.
• Assist the Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counts as needed.
• Assist in updating member accounts and respond to questions or concerns.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour and support special projects as needed.
