Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, share information on memberships and personal training, and keep the club clean and welcoming. You will be the first friendly face, building connections and guiding members on their fitness journeys.

Role focuses on member engagement, upselling memberships and upgrades, and providing an outstanding experience in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly at the front desk and set a welcoming tone.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and inviting for all guests.

HOW WILL YOU CHANGE LIVES?

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am

• Feedback is shared with leadership and used to improve the member experience
