Job summary

Sam's Club in Citrus Heights, CA is hiring for a front-end associate. You will provide member service, maintain the checkout area, process purchases, and help customers with payments, returns and exchanges while following safety standards.

You will assist with merchandising and training of new front-line staff, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment. Shifts vary; pay ranges from $19.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
