Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED; NMLS licensing required.
• Significant trust and diplomacy in interactions with members.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and identify financial needs to cross-sell products and services.
• Assist members with membership, accounts, loans, and related maintenance tasks.
• Review member financials to provide education and solutions matching needs.
• Open new accounts and loans with accuracy and confidentiality, following compliance guidelines.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and follow through to solution.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete tasks timely; support other departments as needed.
