Job summary

The Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Specialist to provide personalized banking services to members by phone, mail, and other correspondence. You will assess needs, build strong member relationships, and cross-sell Credit Union products while ensuring the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing servicing requests, and maintaining call queue efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years in a financial institution with similar job functions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; active listening and positive attitude.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking services to members by phone, mail, and other correspondence.
• Develop and maintain strong member relationships; assess needs and cross-sell products.
• Handle member inquiries and issues across accounts and services; escalate when needed.
• Support call queue management and maintain quality of service in interactions.
• Utilize knowledge of virtual chat and other channels as required.
