Responsibilities include handling account and loan requests, using data tools to analyze engagement, and connecting members with SMEs for specialized services. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Premier level of service to members and associates with a consultative approach.
• Ability to engage existing and prospective members regarding financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance (e.g., address changes, name changes, adding/removing signers/owners, plastic card requests).
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests (e.g., signature and credit card) including submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, and file maintenance (e.g., modification of agreements, Skip-A-Pay).
• Utilize sales tracking systems and data warehouse programs to analyze member engagement and offer solutions relevant to life stages.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs (Lending, Mortgages, Account Services, IRC, etc.).
