• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of products and services
• processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• participating in sales and marketing events and meeting Membership goals
• Maintaining safety of Facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations
• Providing Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Complies with company policies and ethics as part of daily work
