• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and value of products and services.
• Processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts and assisting at sales events.
• Fulfils Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Complies with policies and ethics; promotes Walmart values and integrity in daily work.
• Treats coworkers and members with respect and fosters a culture of belonging and teamwork.
