Job summary

Sam's Club in Plattsburgh, NY is seeking a team member to support Membership services and member engagements. You will promote the value of products and services, process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and assist Members with purchasing decisions at the point of sale.

You will also help ensure safe, efficient store operations, support order processing and fulfill member requests, while maintaining high service standards and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
