• Provides information on membership benefits and promotes the value of Company products and services.
• Processes memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Completes member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring invoice accuracy.
• Delivers member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products.
• Follows safety standards and company policies, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Participates in events and activities to meet membership goals.
