Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to assist Members by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value, and processing memberships upgrades and related accounts. You will help meet membership goals while ensuring safety and accuracy in order fulfillment and checkout processes.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent Member service, participating in sales events, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Provides Member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Delivers information on Membership benefits and promotes the Companys products and services.
• Maintains safety and compliance by following safety standards and disposing of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Completes order picking/packing for Fax n Pull and Click n Pull, scanning items and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Promotes the Companys products and services and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Ensures safety by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
