Job summary

Walmart is seeking a team member in Sioux City, IA to support Membership by informing customers about benefits and promoting value. The role includes processing memberships, upgrades, and related accounts, while participating in sales events to reach membership goals.

Additionally, you will help maintain safety standards, fulfill customer orders, and deliver strong member service by understanding needs and resolving issues, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales/marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of the Facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing, communicating progress, and adapting to change while seeking improvements.
• Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
