• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and assists in sales events to meet goals.
• Completes Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring item accuracy and invoicing.
• Maintains safety standards and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Delivers high level member service by identifying needs and guiding purchasing decisions.
