Job summary

Walmart in Dayton, OH is seeking a team member to support Membership services, promotions, and safety compliance in a busy retail environment. You will assist Members with information on benefits, process memberships and upgrades, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment and invoicing.

You will engage with customers, participate in sales events, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with management and teammates to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and contribute to meeting Membership goals.
• Fulfill order picking and packing tasks (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull) and ensure accuracy of orders and invoices for Members.
