Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling and reporting unsafe situations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Membership information and processes Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Completes orders (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull), scans items, wraps and palletizes, ensures accuracy of orders and invoices, and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Communicates progress and information, collaborates with managers and coworkers, and adapts to change while meeting deadlines and expectations.
