Job summary

Responsibilities include processing upgrades and credit accounts, fulfilling Member Fax and Click n Pull orders, and ensuring accurate invoices while maintaining safety standards.

You will deliver customer service, assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and promote Walmart products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes membership benefits and assists with memberships upgrades, processing memberships and credit accounts.
• Provides member service, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues.
• Follows safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and ensures a safe workplace.
• Fulfills order processing tasks, including locating items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy.
