Job summary

Philanthropy New York is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to ensure members are engaged, access benefits, and receive excellent customer service. The role emphasizes Salesforce database management, data integrity, and collaboration with staff to optimize workflows and reporting across programs.

The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with a data mindset, comfortable training colleagues and working across Drupal integrations, CRM systems, and program logistics within a nonprofit

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with managing CRM software; Salesforce preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Test configurations and integrations between Salesforce and the Drupal-based site.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to guide planning and evaluation.
• Provide Salesforce training and support staff in data entry practices.
• Collaborate with the Director on database processes supporting goals.
• Represent PNY in a national network of organizations using Salesforce.
