Crunch LLC. is seeking a front desk associate in Leesburg, FL to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet members and guests, check them in, and promote club services while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires strong English proficiency, good communication, and basic computer skills. You will coordinate with management on events, payments, and scheduling, contributing to a positive club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with club software.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships to prospective clients.
• Greet members and guests with a smile as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests per procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Forward member requests to a manager as needed.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in projects as directed by club management.
• Follow all policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
