Job summary

The Little Gym of Somersault in Washington, DC is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality to lead the inquiry-to-enrollment journey and deliver a five-star member experience.

You’ll own the enrollment pipeline, conduct family tours, and coordinate with coaches to ensure a warm welcome from first contact through class day. The role blends sales discipline with hospitality, requiring weekend/evening availability and a passion for families and youth fitness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales or hospitality with enrollment targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families.
• Familiar with CRM tools and data reporting (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the full inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline — phone, email, social, walk-in, and referral leads.
• Conduct facility tours tailored to each family’s needs.
• Schedule and follow up on introductory classes to maximize conversion.
• Close enrollments with value-led, pressure-free approach.
• Manage leads in Salesforce and track follow-up cadences.
• Hit monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
