Job summary

The Little Gym of Somersault in Seattle seeks a Program Director to lead our core values, teach our proven curriculum, and manage a high-energy team. The role starts as Part Time with a path to Full Time as the gym grows, emphasizing fun, safety, and exceptional member service.

You will oversee teaching, leadership of staff, public speaking, customer relations, and business metrics to drive enrollment and revenue, while performing routine office duties and maintaining a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Leadership to develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
• Public speaking to share knowledge of all programs and events we offer.
• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Assist Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators.
• Performing office tasks including answering calls, texts, emails, voicemail, and in-person inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead the curriculum and guide the team to deliver the BEST classes.
• Share knowledge of programs and events to members and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and enhance membership experience.
• Assist the Gym Director with analyzing key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.
• Handle office communications and inquiries via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized gym environment.
