Job summary

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience through expert knowledge of our financial products and services. You will diagnose needs, refer members to specialized services, and expertly sign outbound and inbound documents.

The role emphasizes helping the community with financial wellness, including budgeting, education programs and access to planning resources, while supporting a rotation across pod branches with travel to training centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
• Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience with sales consultations across banking products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education and planning resources.
