TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood is seeking a Member Experience & Sales Associate to be the first friendly face for our gym community. You’ll create unforgettable member experiences while growing our membership base.

You will drive tours, assist with memberships, and collaborate with trainers to deliver a high-energy, welcoming environment. Join a fast-growing brand that values health, motivation, and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness, health club, or related customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
• Understanding of current sales and customer engagement practices.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members.
• Conduct club tours and introduce prospects to our programs.
• Help individuals find membership options that fit their goals.
• Assist with membership sales and retention efforts.
• Support social media and local community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions.
• Collaborate with trainers and teammates to create an amazing member experience.
