Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood is hiring a Member Experience & Sales Associate to be the first friendly face for members and prospects. You’ll help guests explore programs, tours, and membership options while delivering exceptional service and driving engagement in a boutique fitness setting.

You’ll build relationships, support with membership sales, and collaborate with trainers to create a welcoming, results-driven member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness, health club, or related customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
• Understanding of current sales and customer engagement practices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members
