Job summary
TITLE Boxing Club Seattle Greenwood is looking for an energetic Member Experience & Sales Associate to be the first welcoming face for our members and guests. You’ll drive member engagement, tours, and program introductions while supporting membership sales and community outreach.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness, health club, or related customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
- Understanding of current sales and customer engagement practices.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members.
- Conduct club tours and introduce prospects to our programs.
- Help individuals find membership options that fit their goals.
- Assist with membership sales and retention efforts.
- Support social media and local community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions.
- Collaborate with trainers and teammates to create an amazing member experience.
