Job summary

Redwood Credit Union in Novato, CA is seeking a Full Time Member Service Associate to perform routine teller work, deliver excellent member service, and contribute to the branch by selling and referring Credit Union products.

As the face of the organization, you will explain products to Members, cross-sell RCU Investment, Insurance, Auto Services and other offerings, balance cash, and process transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and balance cash and perform basic financial transactions.
• Ability to effectively cross-sell products and services using a needs-based approach.
• Ability to learn new products, procedures, and technology.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of member information.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and explain products to meet member needs.
• Cross-sell RCU Investment, Insurance, Auto Services, and related products.
• Complete member transactions accurately and balance cash as required.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in branch activities.
• Perform branch opening/closing duties and other assigned tasks.
